1, Structure:

The test chamber contains the following systems: 1. Main cabinet; 2. Heating system; 3. Air control system; 4. Refrigeration system 5. Electrical control and measurement system; 6. Safety protection device.

The door is a single door, open from right to left. The rightmost side of the chamber is the control cabinet, which is equipped with circuit boards and other electrical components.
The top of the control cabinet is equipped with a cooling fan to help the electrical control cabinet quickly dissipate heat. , The position and height of the operation panel are designed according to ergonomics.
The bottom of the cabinet is a compressor unit, and a set of refrigeration units is installed, which is connected to the cabinet through copper pipes.

Isothermal board

An isothermal plate is designed on the top of the test box to avoid the problem of condensed water dripping onto the product during the humidity test and causing the product to be scrapped.

Air pressure balance device

The top of the test box is equipped with an air pressure balance device, which can automatically open and release the pressure when the pressure is too high to ensure that the air pressure in the box is always maintained same with the outside world during the heating, cooling, and constant test.

2, Heating system

Heater

High-quality finned electric heater, no open flame, reasonable design length and installation method, make heating load on the surface even, and the service life is longer. The heater is installed in the air duct.

Heating control mode

Use non-contact and isocycle pulse width adjustment SSR (solid state relay) to control the heating output, which can effectively adjust the temperature rise and fall process, and avoid the phenomenon of large temperature overshoot

Overheat protector

An overheat protector is installed in the air duct, when the temperature in the box exceeds the temperature set by the protector,it will alarm and automatically cut off the heater

3, Air control system

An air control system is installed at the rear of the test chamber. After the air is sucked into the air duct by the centrifugal blades through the long-axis blower,
the control system controls the output of the heater through the PID automatic calculation output according to the set temperature point.

4, Refrigeration system

Compressor

Tecumseh compressor The design of the refrigeration system applies energy adjustment technology to ensure that the energy consumption and refrigeration capacity of the refrigeration system are effectively adjusted under the normal operation , make operating costs more economical

Condenser

High-efficiency heat exchange coils, aluminum fins  "L"-shaped extension flaps, tight close contact with expansion tube, greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency

Evaporator

High-performance internally threaded coil, high-performance turbulent aluminum fins

Heat exchanger

The electromagnetic valve

thermal expansion valve

Evaporator regulating valve

The Danfoss evaporation pressure regulating valve is used to keep the evaporation pressure of the system constant. through the throttling of the regulator on the suction line, the surface temperature of the evaporator can be controlled to avoid long-term low-temperature, high-humidity or low-temperature and low-humidity tests caused by evaporator icing phenomenon.
