4.The shell can be made of mirror stainless steel or aluminum alloy, with good outlook.
5.Each FFU would be scanned by laser particle counter when out of factory, to ensure quality
6.Suitable for 10~300000 Clean room, easy to control the whole operation
7.Suitable for clean production line, could be applied separately according to the layout, and could also multiple units for 100 level assembly line.
