The dust-free cable assembly adopts a flat structure, greatly reducing the installation height of the drag chain and improving the service life of the internal cables and other components of the drag chain.

Pod is made of polymer PU and e-PTFE composite, which has the characteristics of high-definition self-cleaning, anti bending, and anti fatigue;

1. Reduce weight

The flat multi POD structure of the dust-free cable assembly allows the cable drag chain to pass four cables side by side through the POD, reducing the overall occupied area;

 The POD sheath structure uses lightweight e-PTFE composite material, with a thickness of 1/2 to 1/3 of most circular cable sheaths and 1/10 of traditional nylon drag chain structures, and complies with UL's safety and fire protection regulations;

 PA load-bearing bracket enhances the bending stability and service life of dust-free drag chain high flexibility cable components.

4. Anti static

The dust-free cable components can achieve anti-static effect through special treatment, and the anti-static value can reach 10 ^ 6.
