Testing steps:

1, Test shoes: standing on the pedal press the test button, if pass, the gate would open

2, Test shoes and wrist strap: plug in the static wrist strap, stand on the pedal, if pass, the gate would open.

After the test, there will be indication of the arrow light and sound prompts. Go out and press the open button to go out.

Precautions:

Employees must wear qualified anti-static shoes when entering the workshop, prohibit the bare feet and wearing conductive shoes, and prohibit wearing non-anti-static shoes such as normal shoes

If multiple tests failed, please check the shoes cleanliness, should pay attention to keep the shoes clean. If multiple tests are failure, need to replace the anti-static shoes

Installation

1. Place the machine where you want to install and mark the four holes on the bottom of the machine

2. Use drill No. 12 to punch the marker position and fasten the machine with expansion bolt # 10.

3. Insert the pedal wire into the machine, connect the left foot red wire to the fourth pin of the circuit board 5P terminal, and the right blue wire to the fifth pin.

4. Connect the 220V power to air switch in the control box, it can be used.
